Darcey Howe, a graduate of Ohio State University, has blended her nursing knowledge with aesthetics and developed her own approach to client consultation and the use of energy-based devices. Darcy currently works at The Fountain of Youth Spa in St. Augustine, FL under Medical Director, Eric Pulsfus, MD, and enjoys educating and teaching those who travel to St. Augustine to shadow and train at the spa. Darcey enjoys working with clients to meet their aesthetic goals daily and helping other practitioners understand the connection between properly preparing and educating their clients to get the maximum results from energy-based devices.
Dr. Gilly Munavalli is a Board-Certified member of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic and Cutaneous Oncology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American College of Phlebology. His affiliations include Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Wake Forest University Department of Dermatology and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at UNC School of Medicine, Carolinas Medical Center. Previously, he spent 4 years on the clinical faculty of Dermatology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, in Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Scott Paviol is Board Certified Dermatologist and obtained his medical doctorate from Penn State College of Medicine. He began his career in Lake Norman and opened Paviol Dermatology in Charlotte in 2020. He is an ICF Certified Ontological coach, adjunct professor at Campbell University College of Medicine, faculty member of NCMS Future Clinician Leaders Training program, current President of Mecklenburg County Medical Society, and was voted best dermatologist in Charlotte. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Men's Health, Huffington Post, Forbes Health, Self Magazine among others, and is a frequent guest on podcasts.
Catie is the VP of Digital Growth at Social Med Consultants, with experience spanning corporate social media management, agency in-house operations, and product development. She’s built scalable marketing systems and tools that help agencies and all business owners operate more efficiently. She’s dedicated to educating business owners on the “why” behind their marketing, translating strategy into decisions that directly move the needle on ROI. Catie’s hands-on, data-driven approach ensures growth that’s both measurable and sustainable.
Rachel Whited is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic laser specialist with nearly a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, laser medicine, and advanced aesthetic procedures. She began her nursing career in 2010 with a clinical background in orthopedic trauma before earning her Master of Science in Nursing and becoming an Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Rachel’s practice focuses on laser and energy-based treatments, injectables, regenerative aesthetics, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation. She has extensive hands-on experience with multiple laser platforms and wavelengths, treating a broad range of vascular, pigmentary, textural, and age-related concerns. In addition to clinical practice, Rachel has developed treatment protocols, policies and procedures, and clinical training resources for aesthetic practices. She is particularly passionate about evidence-based laser medicine, patient safety, appropriate device and parameter selection, and helping providers understand the science behind the technology they use. Rachel is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice and continues to integrate emerging research and technology into her clinical practice. She practices in the Savannah, Georgia area, where she combines a strong medical foundation with an individualized, results-driven approach to aesthetic medicine.
