Dr. Scott Paviol is Board Certified Dermatologist, he obtained his medical doctorate from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He was one of 30 medical students selected for the nationally recognized Clinical Science Training Program at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, where he spent a year performing individualized research on Type 1 Diabetes. He also spent a month in Ecuador as part of a program bringing medical care to underserved areas. He began his career in Lake Norman and opened Paviol Dermatology in Charlotte in 2020. He is ICF Certified ontological coach, adjunct professor at Campbell University College of medicine, faculty member of NCMS Future Clinician Leaders Training program, current President of Mecklenburg County Medical Society, and was voted best dermatologist in Charlotte by both the BOB Awards and Charlotte's Best. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Men's Health, Huffington Post, Forbes Health, Self Magazine among others and is a frequent guest on podcasts.
Aleta Sloan is the Founder and CEO of United Medical & Aesthetics and a nationally recognized leader in aesthetic medicine. With over 35 years of clinical experience—including decades in Internal Medicine and Cardiology—she brings a strong medical foundation to aesthetics, grounded in safety, anatomy, and precision.
