Dr. Scott Paviol, Board Certified Dermatologist, obtained his medical doctorate from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He is an ICF Certified ontological coach, adjunct professor at Campbell University College of Medicine, faculty member of NCMS Future Clinician Leaders Training program, current President of Mecklenburg County Medical Society, and was voted best dermatologist in Charlotte by both the BOB Awards and Charlotte's Best.
Stephanie Phillips, NP owns and operates Aesthetic Element Medical, alongside her husband Ryan, providing cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic treatments to clients in the South Florida area. This dynamic duo provides an extensive list of services ranging from neurotoxins to fillers, threads. hormone replacement therapy, weight loss programs, laser treatments, micro-needling, body contouring, and much more.
Anita Abdeshahian, holds a Bachelor's and two Master's degrees. In June 2018, Anita, alongside her physiatrist brother, launched Javan Wellness, a luxury anti-aging medspa in Washington, DC. Her involvement originated from her experience and critique of the aesthetic industry, complemented by her brother's expertise in regenerative medicine. After three months of planning, the medspa was established and quickly expanded. Anita, balancing her medspa venture with a full-time government job, resigned from the Office of Naval Intelligence in 2019 to devote herself to her entrepreneurial pursuits. Javan Wellness has since grown to four locations, including Dallas, Texas. Anita now serves as the Practice Director, overseeing operations, staff, marketing, and business growth. She also works as a private consultant for the Department of Defense and State. Recently, she authored 'So You Want to Open a Medspa?', releasing in Spring 2024, and is writing her second book about managing medspa staff.
