Senior Nurse Manager of the Candela Institute for Excellence Research & Educational Center in Marlborough, MA. Nicolle has been working with aesthetic energy-based devices for 10 years and worked at the Candela Institute since 2018. She enjoys her time collaborating with the Research & Development teams to develop & test new technologies; enhancing usability and capabilities of existing devices; and empowering others to understand how they work. Ms. Delle Chiaie is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, and owner of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine. Extensively trained in aesthetic medicine and laser technology. Recently she developed an Academy for aesthetic medicine called DCCM Academy. Her courses have been awarded approval for accreditation by ACCME, AANP, and the ANCC. Currently she is working on a universal reversal protocol for dermal fillers. NEW UPDATE: Extensively trained in aesthetic medicine and laser technology. Meghan Murphy is a Bachelors prepared Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, including 5 years of experience managing the Candela Institute of Excellence and most recently as a Clinical Consultant. In her tenure with Candela, Meghan has performed thousands of energy based device treatments. She has worked extensively with the Candela Research and Development team under the direct supervision of Candela's Medical Director, Konika Patel Schallen, a renowned physician in the field of energy based aesthetics. She was a main treatment administrator and participant in the creation of the GMP+ study in which over 600 treatments were performed, a PicoWay feasibility study totaling totaling approximately 200 patient treatments, multiple Nordlys studying totaling approximately 500 patients in total, Vbeam treatments both as a feasibility study and as post market research and has extensively worked with the Sublime and Sublative.
