The couple has worked in the industry for the past eight years, gaining an impressive level of experience while working closely with clients to help them achieve their specific goals. They decided to start their successful business five years ago because of their love for the industry and everything it entails. While the company began in a one-room office in the back of a spinning studio, the company quickly grew, solely from word of mouth referrals. Aesthetic Element expanded to its new 3500 sq. ft. state of the art facility in Weston, FL. |

Darcey Howe BSN, RN, CME With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, and 37 years of nursing expertise, Darcey brings a unique blend of knowledge to the industry with her multiple modality, minimal to no life interruption approach to meeting her clients aesthetic expectations. Darcey enjoys working at CMA Medicine under the direction of Dr. Konika Schallen, with an incredible team of like minded providers who work together to help patients and clients achieve their medical aesthetics goals. Her approach centers around working with Candela Medical devices to deliver safe and effective treatment as well as predictable outcomes with minimal to no daily life interruption. In addition to working at CMA Medicine, Darcey enjoys collaborating with others who utilize energy based devices from Candela Medical, as well as sharing knowledge through education and training to those who reach out to her. She believes that as the aesthetic industry continues to merge with the medical model, that new opportunities will continue to become available to dedicated practitioners who have a passion for the industry. |

Natalie Suarez, PA-C Natalie Suarez, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology, with over a decade of experience in advanced energy-based and laser treatments. She graduated as valedictorian from Barry University in 2014 and practiced at Sunset Dermatology for 10 years, where she developed a strong foundation in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. Natalie has extensive expertise in laser technologies and is particularly recognized for her work in developing customized treatment protocols and combination therapies to address melasma, rosacea, acne, photoaging, pigmentation, and scarring. She is known for delivering consistent, results-driven outcomes while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety across diverse skin types. In 2025, she co-founded Covalent Wellness & Aesthetics with her husband, where she integrates cutting-edge technologies with a patient-centered approach to optimize skin health and confidence. |
