*This offer is valid for a new promotional Service Agreement or renewal of an expiring Service Agreement for one (1) Candela product for each minimum Merz Aesthetic (Merz) product purchase package, which is defined as a total incremental purchase of $30,000 of Merz Aesthetic products from the group of Ultherapy™ transducers, Radiesse Syringes, Radiesse + Syringes, Belotero Balance Syringes, Belotero Balance +Syringes, Neocutis Products and Xeomin Aesthetic Vials. An “incremental purchase” means if Customer is an existing Merz Customer, the Merz product purchase must be $30,000 more than Customer’s Merz product purchase annual run rate. Customer purchase and promotion eligibility is subject to verification by Merz. The promotional Service Agreement referenced herein shall be a one (1) year agreement provided the Merz product purchase is paid for up front. In the event payments for the Merz product purchase will be made on a quarterly basis, the promotional Service Agreement will be on a quarterly basis, up to a maximum of four (4) quarters and shall remain in effect each quarter provided the quarterly payments are made to Merz.

Promotion excludes Service Agreements for the Vbeam Prima™, elos Plus™, Alex TriVantage™, UltraShape™ Power and VelaShape™ III systems. The PicoWay™ system is offered at a discount of $2,500 per quarter off of the list price of a promotional Service Agreement, up to a maximum of four (4) quarters and a total discount of $10,000 provided the offer terms are met. Offer is valid at time of Merz product purchase and cannot be applied to any previous Candela or Merz product or Service Agreement purchase.
