● We’ll provide you with clinical training preparation materials and treatment specific guidelines to help you maximize your time with the on-site clinical trainer.

● This will confirm that you’re ready for installation, and we’ll reach out to you to schedule it.

● Once the installation is scheduled, we’ll contact you to schedule the clinical training.

Delivery and Installation - What to Expect:
  1. Your device will ship within a few weeks.
  2. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a time for delivery.
  3. Once the device is delivered, please proceed to Step 2 of the forms process above.
  4. 1-2 days after the forms have been submitted, the service team will contact you to schedule a date for the installation of your device.
  5. 1-2 days after the installation has been booked, the clinical team will contact you to schedule a training date.

In some cases, your delivery schedule may vary from the above - for these situations, we will contact you to provide additional information.
