職歴：
1996年3月　札幌医科大学医学部卒業
1996年4月　勤医協中央病院にて内科研修。その後道内各地で内科医として勤務。
1999年4月　勤医協中央病院皮膚科、勤医協札幌病院皮膚科に勤務
2010年2月　小笠原クリニック澄川診療所に皮膚科を開設
2017年7月　白石ガーデンプレイス皮膚科クリニック開院
