Daniel Schwager is the Director of Marketing, Practice Success at Candela, where he partners closely with aesthetic and wellness practices to help them maximize the impact of their technology investments and drive sustainable growth. With nearly a decade of experience in marketing and communications within the wellness and aesthetics space, Daniel has built his career supporting practices from the inside out. Most notably, Daniel played a key role in helping Milan Laser Hair Removal scale from 16 locations to more than 300 nationwide, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to grow, standardize, and successfully market multi-location aesthetic practices. This practice-side background continues to shape his approach today.
In his role at Candela, Daniel works across the organization to develop marketing strategies, educational resources, and programs designed to support every practice that owns a Candela device—meeting them where they are and helping them grow with confidence. He is deeply passionate about the aesthetics industry because of its ability to help patients feel more confident in their own skin, and he brings that same passion to helping practices thrive. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations and a master’s degree in Organizational Management.

April Mason

April Mason is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Candela Medical, where she has spent over 12 years driving customer loyalty and growth in the medical device industry. As a presenter today, April brings deep expertise in the post-sale lifecycle, currently leading both the Customer Success and Customer Service teams at Candela. She oversee post-sale consumer strategy, contract sales, and specialized customer care, focusing on guiding clients smoothly through their entire device journey. Known for building high-performing teams of customer success specialists, April is passionate about turning standard support into a long-term strategic partnership.

Erin Hagenbuch

With more than 20 years of experience in the medical aesthetic device industry, including 12 years with Candela, Erin has dedicated her career to elevating the clinical training experience building clinical confidence, optimizing outcomes, and supporting customer success and growth across global markets. Having taken part in all facets of the industry as a provider, a clinical educator, and currently leading the Field Clinical Trainers across North America, Europe, and the UK, she helps shape and elevate the Candela training experience.
Erin is passionate about being part of a company that continually delivers innovative technologies to improve patient outcomes and empower practice success. She embodies Candela’s commitment to education, strong partnerships, and clinical excellence, striving to advance the field of aesthetics and support practitioners in achieving the highest standards of care.

Mark Tompkins

Mark Tompkins has a solid background in finance and accounting, with experience working at Candela Medical, Smith+Nephew, and KPMG. Mark currently holds the title of SVP & Global Corporate Controller at Candela Medical, where Mark oversees treasury and controllership functions. Prior to this role, Mark worked as the VP & Global Corporate Controller at the same company, and as the Vice President of Finance Operations – North America at Smith+Nephew. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of West London, Mark has a wealth of experience in managing financial operations and reporting for global medical technology firms.

Jasmine Neveles

Jasmine Neveles is the Product Marketing Director for Glacé at Candela, where she leads positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for one of Candela’s newest innovations in aesthetics. With more than 15 years of marketing leadership experience across healthcare, beauty, digital health, and consumer brands, Jasmine has built and scaled strategies for companies including AbbVie, BlinkRx, DoorDash, and Amazon. During today’s webinar, she’ll share how Candela is helping build awareness for products in market, connect innovation to customer needs, and support providers with solutions that help patients feel more confident in their own skin.
