Tara McLamb, NP-C, MSN, CTTS, BSN, RN Tara McLamb is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who found a love of skin health after a rewarding career as a NP in traditional healthcare for 15 years (and 22 years as an RN). She owns and practices at Elevated Aesthetics Skin Clinic in Goldsboro, NC, where she and her team have amassed over 2,500 patients in only 3 years of business. Her very first energy-based device was the Matrix. Since implementing it, the Elevate Aesthetics team has performed over 450 Matrix treatments, with it being the 3rd highest revenue category only behind neurotoxin and her laser services. |

Jaimee Gregoire, MSN, FNP-C, RNC Jaimee Gregoire is dual-board certified in both Nursing Administration as well as having a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She serves as the owner and medical director at Dahl House Aesthetics. Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree at Montana State University where she received her BSN. She then went on to receive a master’s degree in Nursing Administration followed by another venture back to school to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in a variety of settings, including women’s health, pediatrics, labor and delivery, Mercy Flight, walk-in, orthopedics and aesthetics. After years of teaching within the University system and serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner she received extensive training for her medical aesthetic education portfolio in Montana, Texas, California, and Utah. Today she runs a successful med spa in central Montana and loves to share the tips, tools and resources she has utilized along the way to ensure others success as well. |

Megan Matthews Megan Matthews is a Master Esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and the proud owner of a thriving med spa, Kallista Laser, in Pocatello, Idaho for the past 3 years. She specializes in advanced laser hair removal and Matrix RF skin treatments, combining science and artistry to deliver real, lasting results. Her passion for aesthetics began with her own struggle with acne, sparking a mission to make high-quality skincare and laser treatments accessible to everyone. Known for her results-driven approach and welcoming personality, Megan continues to educate and empower both clients and professionals in the beauty industry. |

Darcey Howe, BSN, RN, CME Darcey Howe is a Registered Nurse with a background in critical care and nursing education, now specializing in energy-based aesthetic treatments with minimal downtime. She travels to train practitioners across the country and is excited to join CMA Medicine under Dr. Konika Schallen to continue expanding her skills and serving today’s aesthetic clients. |
