Chase Howard, Esq.
Chase Howard is the trusted legal and business advisor to a wide variety of healthcare entities and professionals. Chase has a dedicated focus on dental, veterinarian, and medical spa start-ups and acquisitions, but serves all licensed providers and clinics in the healthcare industry, including many national telehealth and integrative health providers. Clients include individual clinics as well as national and franchised providers and private equity backed clinics. Chase assists clients through strategic growth and acquisition opportunities at all stages of the corporate life cycle as well as serving as a strategic advisor on regulatory matters. He was raised in a family of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and dentists, and spent significant time through law school focusing on healthcare regulation and practice representation.

David Pataca, MSL, LSO
David is originally from Cranford, NJ and attended Florida Atlantic University from 1989-1994 for his BS in Marketing. He subsequently attended Nova Southeastern University from 2005-2007 while working full time for his Masters in Science in Behavioral Science with a focus on Leadership. David has spent over 25 years in the Medical sales field with Takeda Pharmaceuticals (2000-2007) in Diabetes, Cardiovascular & Neuroscience specialties and then Syneron/Candela (now Candela) Lasers (2007 – Present) for Medical, Surgical & Aesthetic energy-based devices. David has been a member of ASLMS since 2007 and is currently the Executive Regional Director for the Southeast & Caribbean.
