About the Speakers


Dr Beatriz Molina is the founder and medical director of Medikas Ltd. She is a fellow of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and a Key Opinion Leader for Galderma Global, teaching and lecturing around the world.
Originally from Spain, Beatriz came to England on a surgical rotation during her medical training and worked at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol. She then went on to become a GP for ten years during which time she developed an interest in cosmetic surgery. She undertook extensive training in many treatments and procedures in the aesthetics spectrum and in 2005 set up her first clinic in Somerset offering high quality, medically- backed cosmetic procedures.

Mr. McNair has qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1985. McNair worked at the National Health Service for 4 years before joining the Royal Air Force as a Nursing Officer for 8 years. Upon leaving the RAF, he worked for Johnson and Johnson as a Sales Manager. He joined the Aesthetic field 15 years ago and has been working for Candela for over six years as Director of Clinical Education in the EMEA region. McNair is responsible for managing all clinical matters within the region. Since 2018, Hamish is also responsible for the management of The Candela European Institute of Excellence in Madrid, where great importance is given to research and development. The CEIE’s aims are to incorporate the newest ideas and cutting-edge technologies into clinical practice, to work closely with experienced medical doctors and to maximise the effectiveness of the Candela products.
