Welcome to our Live Only webinar Advance Case Discussion Forum: COE Series - Acne Management with expert panel Dr. Belinda Welsh, Dr. Rieko Tsubouchi, and Dr. I Jing Chang.​

Dr. Belinda Welsh

Dr. Belinda Welsh is a dermatologist with over 20 years experience. She manages all general and surgical dermatology but has a special interest in cosmetic and laser work.​
She completed her medical degree at Monash University in Melbourne then went on to a Masters Degree in Research from the University of Sydney.​
She is Co-Director of Complete Skin Specialists which is a large multi doctor private dermatology practice she founded in 2002.​
​
She has worked extensively in the public hospital system including appointments at​ The Alfred Hospital​, St Vincent’s Hospital​, and the Mercy Hospital for Women​. She currently attends The Royal Children’s Hospital Laser clinic​ and The Skin Health Institute Laser clinic​.​

Board Member of the Skin Health Institute​​

Dr. I Jing Chang

Dr I-Jing Chang is the former Chief of the Aesthetic Medical Center of Taipei Medical University Hospital, an attending physician at the Department of Dermatology at Taipei Medical University Hospital and Lecturer a of the division of dermatology at the Institute of Medical Sciences, Taipei Medical University. She previously served as an attending physician in the Dermatology Department at Taipei City Hospital RenAi Branch, and as an attending physician at the Department of Cosmetic Dermatology at Cathay General Hospital in Taiwan. Dr Chang is a board-certified dermatologist in Taiwan, she has a master in preventive medicine from National Taiwan University and is an international fellow of American the Academy of Dermatology. ​

Dr Chang received further training from Harvard Medical School by attending their International Training Program by the Department of Dermatology and also obtained Laser and Laser safety training from Harvard University. She also furthered her training with the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery on Fillers and injectables training and joined their Preceptorship Program.​

Dr Chang practices in general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, injectables and fillers, energy-based devices for non-invasive skin lifting & tightening, laser hair removal, skin surfacing, pigmentation treatments, body shaping and cosmetic surgery, she has a strong interest in IPL Photorejuvenation treatments. ​

Dr. Rieko Tsubouchi

Dr. Rieko Tsubouchi is a dermatologist based in Tokyo and serves as the director of Ginza Skin Clinic. She is a board-certified specialist in the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine and a Councilor of the Japanese Society of Aesthetic Dermatology. She also works globally as a member of both the European Society of Dermatology and Venerology, and the American Society of Laser Medicine.​

Throughout her career, Dr. Tsubouchi has remained dedicated to the principle of holistic care. She believes that the skin is a reflection of the state of our mind and body, and therefore takes a comprehensive approach to treatment. Dr. Tsubouchi's passion for her work is evident in the exceptional care she provides to her patients.​

Dr. Tsubouchi spent three years as a research fellow at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University Dermatology Department. During this time, she conducted basic and clinical research on lasers, which has contributed to her extensive knowledge and experience in the field. With over 20 years of experience in IPL, Dr. Tsubouchi is well-equipped to provide her patients with top-quality care.​
