Associate Prof. Philip Bekhor
Associate Professor Philip Bekhor is the Principal Dermatologist and Founder of Laser Dermatology in Melbourne. He trained in Dermatology under the auspices of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and is a Fellow of the College. He did postgraduate training in Canada and was Senior Resident at Toronto General Hospital. He was instrumental in the development of Dermatologic Surgery in Australia and is an ACD endorsed Moh’s Surgeon having trained at the Skin Health Institute in Melbourne Australia.
He was one of the first Australian Dermatologists to use lasers for skin applications. He was appointed as the Director of the Laser Unit, Department of Dermatology, at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
He uses a broad range of laser for both adult and pediatric indications, both cosmetic and medical. He has a special interest in both the diagnosis and treatment of birthmarks/vascular anomalies. He has published numerous peer reviewed journal articles in this area and on other subjects.
Dr. Renita Lourdhurajan
Dr. Renita Lourdhurajan is the Chief Consultant and Medical Director of RENDER clinic, Chennai India. Dr Renita Rajan brings her long experience as a laser dermatologist, with her main interests lying in the treatment of pigmentation and preventive ageing.
Dr Renita Rajan obtained her MD from Christian Medical College, Vellore, and has an additional qualification of DNB (Diplomate of National Board) as well. She is influential in India and experienced in multiple cutting-edge devices like the advanced pigmentation lasers. She is also the India key opinion leader for the body sculpting device and the scar treatment jet volumetric remodeling device. Her primary work at RENDER revolves around the creation of new protocols, clinical audits, training, organisational management, research and development and outreach.
Dr. Rajan is also certified in cosmetic formulations, and is the Curator at CHOSEN, an affiliated skin care store, and Principal Advisor of The Lip Balm Company. She loves to read, both academic and literary content, and equally loves teaching and explaining the science behind skin care.
Dr. Huang Ching Hsin
Dr. Huang Ching-Hsin is a highly experienced dermatologist specializing in aesthetic practices. She has been working in the field for over a decade and has developed expertise in utilizing various energy-based devices such as lasers, radiofrequency, and ultrasound technology.
Dr. Huang completed her undergraduate studies at National Cheng Kung University in 2005. She then pursued further studies and residency at the National Cheng Kung Hospital and Chang-Gung Medicine Hospital until 2010, honing her skills and knowledge in dermatology.
Since 2010, Dr. Huang has been serving as an attending physician in the Department of Dermatology at Chang-Gung Medicine Hospital in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. In addition to her hospital work, she is also affiliated with the professional P-skin Dermatologic Clinic in Kaohsiung.
Dr. Huang's reputation and knowledge have led her to be invited as a speaker for various reputable medical companies. She has shared her insights and expertise in aesthetic medicine as a speaker for multiple events organized by different aesthetic medicine brands.
Furthermore, Dr. Huang has contributed to the field of dermatology through her research and publications. She has co-authored a clinical paper published in Dermatologic Surgery in February 2019. Besides, she has also co-authored another Case Report in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology in March 2019.
