Welcome to the Candela APAC Virtual Expert Summit 2021!
We have created the digital Certificate of Attendance for all the participants who have attended this event, satisfying the Terms and Conditions listed below.
1. Agreement
(a) The terms and conditions that apply to the digital COA provided to you by Syneron Medical (HK) Limited are set out in this document (Terms and Conditions).
(b) By registering and joining the Candela APAC Virtual Expert Summit 2021, you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions in this document.
2. Defined terms in this document:
(a) The Event means Candela APAC Virtual Expert Summit 2021.
(b) The COA means the digital copy of the Certificate for Attendance provided by Syneron Medical (HK) Limited to thank you for joining the Event.
(c) The Time means the period from when the Event starts to finishes, after the lobby video.
3. Certificate
(a) The COA is only available for participants who join the Event live on October 30 – 31, and stay in the event for a minimum of 80% of the Time in at least one of the four presentation sessions of the below programs:
(b) The COA is available for each of the sessions above.
(c) Participants who qualify for the COA during the live event, can log in after the event to download their COAs.
(d) Participants joining the Event on an on-demand basis will not be eligible to receive the COA.
(e) Syneron Medical (HK) Limited is not liable for whether the COA could be counted as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. All participants are required to check with relevant registration/association boards with all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to physicians’ registration.
4. General
(a) Terms and conditions are subject to the English version.
(b) Syneron Medical (HK) Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above without prior notice. In case of any dispute arisen, the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
